INDIVIDUAL WORK
Where psychology meets the body
Your nervous system doesn't do categories. It doesn't care about diagnoses, insurance frameworks, or clinical criteria. It cares about safety, regulation, and connection.
That's where we work.
-
My primary offering is Mental Health Support – a body-based, non-pathologizing approach to working with your nervous system and patterns.
For clients with private insurance in Germany, this work can also be framed as classical psychotherapy and billed via GOÄ.
-
How this work differs from traditional talk therapy:
We don't just talk about what's stuck. We work with what your body is already expressing. Patterns. Tension. Protective strategies. Subtle signals of overwhelm.
This is not about pathologizing or fixing. It's about making the invisible visible – so you have a choice.
Sometimes it's a clear question. Sometimes it's just a feeling that something's off.
People come to me when:
Exhaustion won't lift, or they've lost touch with who they are
Relationship patterns keep repeating – at work, at home, with partners or friends
Anxiety, restlessness, or a constant sense of being "on" won't quiet down
Closeness, intimacy, or sexuality feels complicated or stuck
Loss, separation, or big life shifts have left them asking: Why does this sh*t keep happening?
If something here resonates – or if what you're feeling isn't on this list at all – then it’s
feel it
understand it
transform it

Spark Session
EXPLORATORY SESSION
90 minutes · Online · €180Our first in-depth meeting. We take time to gain clarity and find a point where change can begin.
The "spark" emerges when something becomes clearer: a connection appears, an inner blockage releases, a new understanding forms. Not as a quick fix, but as a grounded starting point.
Often it's unclear at first what truly matters. Together we listen to what your body and psyche are communicating - and what they need to come back into balance.
This session offers space to express yourself, feel understood, and explore initial interventions or somatic exercises that genuinely fit you.
-

Steady Flame Sessions
ONGOING ONE-ON-ONE SUPPORT
60 minutes · Online · €110Here our work continues with steady, sustainable change that unfolds naturally over time. We deepen what's emerged, working with your patterns, resources, and boundaries through focused, grounded sessions.
Depending on what you’re working with, this may include:
→ learning to regulate inner tension and emotional overwhelm
→ understanding and shifting recurring relationship or stress patterns
→ relating more consciously to addictive impulses, withdrawal, or overwork
→ rebuilding trust in your body and your own perception
→ being supported through transitions and phases of change.

Support Between Sessions
Between sessions, I offer a limited, supportive way to stay in contact.
If something acute comes up, an insight wants to be shared, or a particular inner state feels pressing, you’re welcome to send a short message or voice note.I listen to these in a timely way and respond within a clear and reliable framework -
to help orient, steady, or gently reflect what’s happening. This support is intentionally kept concise.
It doesn’t replace a session, but it can help hold and integrate ongoing processes.
Does This Feel Like a Good Fit?
Mental support is built on trust.
That’s why I offer a free 15-minute introductory call beforehand, where we explore:
what you’d like support with
whether my way of working feels right for you
what a meaningful next step might look like
If financial considerations are currently a barrier, we can also talk openly about whether an individual arrangement might be possible.
What My Work Is Not
“positive thinking” as a shortcut
quick fixes
working against your body or your boundaries
Classical Psychotherapy
(For privatly insured clients)
Psychotherapy is intended for people with mental health conditions as defined by ICD-10, such as depression, anxiety disorders, adjustment disorders, or trauma-related disorders.
At the moment, I am unable to treat patients with statutory health insurance within the public healthcare system, as I do not hold a statutory insurance license. You can get support as a self-pay service.
Framework:
Exclusively for privately insured clients or those eligible for government aid. Billing according to the German Fee Schedule for Physicians (GOÄ)
Diagnosis-based approach
Sessions take place online and content are reimbursable and therefore subject to mandatory documentation
Formal requirements regarding duration, frequency, and therapeutic goals
Psychotherapy is appropriate if:
A mental health condition requiring treatment is present
Symptoms are significantly limiting daily life
A structured, illness-focused treatment approach is desired
