Frequently Asked Questions

  • Please reach out to me, and we can explore options together. My reason for becoming a therapist was—and still is—to support people in mental distress. While I do have costs to cover, I’m open to finding solutions that allow us to work together despite financial challenges.

  • I believe true benefits are achieved when you can FEEL A DIFFERENCE.

This difference may come in the form of you noticing less self sabotaging thoughts and
at some point more helpful thoughts.
This difference may come in form of more consciousness towards your power to change your reactions and your behaviour - despite facing triggers.
This difference may come in the form of feeling physically stronger, lighter, happier.

    But:
Chances are that before you reach these effecs, you might not feel better or even worse in the beginning.
This can happen, if we are to excavate subconscious, self sabotaging thought patterns and/or work through hurtful experiences.
Psychotherapy and physiotherapy have someting in common here.
Let’s say you twisted your ankle.
It would be natural to take off weight off of that foot. But your bodies adaptations would only be of short term use while potentially causing long term harm.
Practicing to carefully load your foot again would be part of the healing process.

  • There is no “one fits all” answer to this. Sometimes within one session people find what they needed to move on,
    sometimes more sessions are needed
    and/or wanted.
    Before purchasing a 6-session bunde,
I highly recommend that you book a single session.
Before you book a single session,
    I highly recommend that you
schedule a free 15 minute call with me.
Our vibe needs to feel good to us both.
    On average,
70% of successful interaction is determined by mutual liking and understanding.
    Meaning:
no matter how good the technique, if we don’t vibe, it’s probably not going to be of much good to you.

I’m curious to hear from you.
